Cyprus impressions

Cyprus is the only Member State of the European Union with disputed territorial integrity. It is also diverse within its borders and despite relatively short distances. While areas close to the sea radiate the closeness of nature, in the central part, especially in Nicosia, the feeling of inequality cannot be forgotten. It is also the place where the dividedness of the island is most prominent, due to the wall bordering the demilitarised zone.
